Since its inception in 1970 the Festival has sought to preserve, perpetuate and promote Kona’s nearly 200-year coffee heritage. The Festival features 10 days of festivities honoring pioneers, farmers, artisans & coffee! The annual Kona coffee harvest that has sustained Kona’s agricultural community for nearly 200 years is celebrated every November. The award-winning Kona Coffee Cultural Festival, recognized as the oldest and one of the most successful food festivals in Hawaii, honors Kona’s cultural heritage and recognizes the accomplishments of Kona coffee pioneers, farmers and artisans.

In 2014, Hawaiian Queen Coffee again took 1st Place in the annual Kona Coffee Cupping Competition, Crown division. We thank you all for your support and seek to continue to offer the consistent champion grade coffee we have become known for.

Since its inception in 1970, the Festival has sought to preserve, perpetuate and promote Kona’s unique 183-year coffee heritage. With nearly 50 events over 10 days there’s something for everyone, from coffee drinkers to connoisseurs to multi-generational families. Festival signature events include a Coffee & Art Stroll, Cupping Competition, Farm & Mill Tours, International Lantern Parade or explore Kona coffee country’s cafe’s, shopping and community with a self-guided driving tour brochure.

Hawaiian Queen Coffee took 1st Place in the 2013 Kona Coffee Cupping Competition, Crown division. Through our history Hawaiian Queen has won numerous awards ranging from taste of our coffee to the label and logo design, as well as for our website.
