The Hawaii Coffee Association held its annual conference at the Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel in July 2016. In conjunction with the conference, the HCA also held the 8th annual statewide coffee cupping competition. The competition is divided into two divisions, commercial and creative, and is open to all coffee farms in Hawaii.
